Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Inflamed Tonsil

hi. so, ive had a sore throat fore a couple of days now, but its only on the right side, its more my tonsil than my throat. a friend looked at it and said it was my right tonsil white. i also felt with my tongue, many little bumps right in that vicinity at back of roof of mouth above the uvula, and my friend looked and said they were flesh colored. i dont have any headache and aches, no fever. again, its only the right side of throat, tonsil and back of roof of mouth

From the sound of it, there seems to be a localised infection and the best solution would be to gargle with warm salt water 3 to 4 times a day. Thanks
