I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain it seems to be due to viral infection leading to sore throat, fever with chills and the swollen gums and blisters in mouth seems to be secondary to infection.. Nothing to worry as gradually when the infection will subside the symptoms will also resolve.. You should gargle with a numbing mouthwash to relieve pain.. Do warm saline gargles.. Avoid hot and spicy food.. You can take Tylenol for pain.. Apply antimicrobial ointment over the gums along with steroid ointment to reduce infection and swelling.. You can also do soda bicarb gargles.. Drink plenty of water and maintain a good oral hygiene.. Take multivitamin supplements
Hope this information helps..
