hi. my left nipple for a few weeks has been sore,feels like a little bump. the soreness gets worse then better then worse again.its not painful but sore,its even tingled a little bit. i recently just was on a zpack for an infection. should i get a breast exam

Sore nipples or breast tenderness can be there at the time of periods ..
It's a benign condition..
See if there is any area of redness of with pus at the nipple..If not, nothing to worry..
You don't need any medication for that..
If it continues for a longer period or if you find any lump in the breast do consult surgeon or a gynecologist..
