Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Recurring Apthous Stomatitis causing Apthous Ulcers and can occur due to a number of causes like deficiencies of Iron and Vitamin B12, excess intake of sour foods, acid reflux, stress, physical injury etc..
Sore throat seems to be due to bacterial or Viral throat infection..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and treatment of underlying cause can help in resolving the symptoms..
As of now you can take a short course of antibiotics like Azithromycin for throat infection, take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen, do warm saline gargles..
For Apthous Ulcers gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine, soda bicarb gargle can also help..
Take a multivitamin tablet daily..
Avoid spicy food and take soft diet..
Drink plenty of water and maintain a good Oral hygiene..
Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
