Suggest Treatment For Spinal Stenosis

Hi I just had an MRI and this was the finding, Spinal stenosis is confirmed at the C5-6 level with the central canal narrowed to 8mm due to disc bulging and marginal osteophytic spurring. There is also flattening of the cord at thi level to 4mm from a normal 6mmdiameter above this level. he left neural foramen is narrowed to 1mm compared to the normall right neural foramen at 4mm. There is further evidence of myelopathy in the cord at this level and posterior midline syrinx also noted. So what am i looking at with this in terms of treatment?
