Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding or spotting in early pregnancy can be due to: 1. Threatened or missed abortion 2. Ectopic pregnancy 3. Bleeding around the fetus( subchorionic haemorrhage) The diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and ultrasound. Duphastone is progesterone which is given to make the uterine environment more favourable For the fetus. If the bleeding is not excessive and the ultrasound shows a viable intrauterine pregnancy, then you should continue these drugs and avoid heavy work and intercourse.
