Suggest Treatment For Stiff Person Syndrome

I have 5 autoimmune diseases that are attacking my body 1)Stiiff Person syndrome 2)Type 1 diabetes 3)rheumatoid arthritis4)Lupus sle50sjrgens syndrome The worst one is the stiff Person Syndrome which is progressing ,I am 49 years old ,they have tried IVIG,Plasmapheris yand currently on medication to control the pain and muscles spams all over my body
