Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain In A Child

my 7 yo daughter has stomach aches almost every day around her navel. Lately she is also falling asleep as soon as she comes home. we have run some basic test but ped gi dr says it is a blockage, milk of magnesia is not increasing size or qty of bowel and miralax does not seem to change anything either....she moves her bowels everyday...

By what you say I feel that your daughter might be having non-specific mesenteric adenitis. This is a self-limiting condition usually caused by viruses and will settle by itself. Please discuss this possibility with her pediatrician.
