Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain,nausea And Chills

I'm 27 5'3 130 lbs. I have had one child almost two years ago it was a c section I am currently on one medication it's is the nor plant birthcontrol arm implant. Four the last three weeks my pee has started smelling really sweet. The last four days I have had chills, nausea, and extreme stomachs pains. I hurt and am uncomfortable all day and then after I eat it's ten times worse have to get in little ball to take away some of pain.
