Suggest Treatment For Stuttering And Memory Issues

i am concerned about my sister, who is experiencing stuttering, word search, memory issues. this has been worsening over past few months. she has asked me to be medical POA and i worry that she may have had a stroke; family hx of alzheimers, stroke, parkinsons. i am rn, retired; field med/surg i assume i need to help her get neuro referral?

Conditions like Parkinson’s or senile dementia must be ruled out.
Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. An MRI scan is required for further evaluation.
