Suggest Treatment For Sudden Weight Gain And Swollen Hands

Over the last 3 months I have gained approximately 15Ibs I work 330am - 930am and I get an average of 4 hrs of sleep a night. My problem in addition to the weight gain is that I wake will swollen hands and appears that I have a lot of water retention. I have eliminated drinking alcohol and I have eliminated diet coke from my diet. I have also started reducing my carb intake. Please help me determine some solutions
