Suggest Treatment For Sun Burn On Ankle And Feet

i got really bad sun burn 2 days ago on my ankles and feet. they are swollen and ache. when my legs are elevated my legs and feet feel okay, but once i put them down to walk, i have intense shooting pain. i have taken tylenol and used aloe, what else should i do and how long will this last?

Hi...thanks for sharing your problem...i hope your burn will be alright in a week to two...you need to do is...wash it....clean it...use antibiotic cream with xylocain having soothing effect...use anti inflammatry llike ibuprofen...do keep the leg elevated when going to sleep...place 2 pillows beneath to make it elevated...hope it will be fine soon...thanks
