Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
greetings of the day

Child with persistent blood in the cough, possibility of airway or lung contusion needs to be considered.
If the bleeding is small and not associated with fever and respiratory distress it should settle down.

Take Care

Best Regards
Dr Shobha
