Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Retina After A Retinal Detachment

My retina is swollen 2 1/2 years after a retinal detachment.I recently had cataract surgery in both eyes. The right eye I am only seeing about 20/100(the one that had the retinal detachment). The left eye is at 20/30, which I am happy with.Is there anything that can be done with the right eye to get it close to the left.
