Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Itching In Labia Major

Hi, I have had an onn going problem for a couple of months now. My left Labia Major I believe thats what its called is itchy, swollen and hurts. I am not sexually active but do on occassion masturbate, when I do the left side or left lip hurts really bad. Again this is only on the left lip, and I noticed that there is now a rash on my left leg as well. I live with my sister and her husband and my sister informed me that she too has had itching, redness and even swollen except hers is on the inside.....
