Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Arm
As a form of self harm I injected my own blood into myy wrist. The wrist is now swollen and hot to the touch, but no bruise has appeared. Instead there is a sharp pain from my wrist up to my elbow, it's worse when I move my arm. Should I be concerned?

IT HAS CAUSED A HAEMATOMA
It is really painful
please take some painkillers like diclofenac,
application of cold compression with icepacks will relieve the pain
if the pain is not reduced, please take a consultation from the surgeon
