Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Buttocks
I have had a severe swollen, raw, painful, itchy, and wet buttcrack for almost 5 days. It is extremely painful to poop as it feels like my butthole is being ripped open. The wetness is almost a mucus type- but nothings leaking from my rectum. I ve tried hemorrhoid medicated wipes and spray and that caused it to burn. I ve tried a&d ointment and other protectants. I ve been taking at least 2 bathes a day because soaking the area seems to ease pain. I m currently trying to use plain yogurt for the probiotic cultures for treating this like a yeast infection. Any help would be appreciated. I am 22 and obese. But in the last month took up a healthier/active lifestyle.

From history it seems that there might be having some bacterial infection of local skin giving this problem.
Due to lack of proper hygiene due to unable to clean the part and having more perspiration, infection might occurred.
Clean the part with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream locally.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5 days to control infection.
Ok and take care.
