Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Finger While Having Diabetes

Hi there. I m going to be 37 in 2 months and I have uncontrolled diabetes. My last A1c was 13. I have been experiencing pain and slight swelling of my left ring finger. The joint hurts and feels like I need to have it cracked, however, it hurts to bend it. My elbow has actually felt as if it s out of place for a couple of days before but I figured it was due to a lot of lifting I ve done lately. Well, yesterday I woke up with numbness of my whole left hand and the entire arm is cold to the touch. Same thing happened after I woke up from a nap this afternoon . My ring finger is sore and my whole arm is cold. It s only happening to my left arm...my right arm, hand and fingers are just fine. Should I get to the ER?
