my left hand hurts. It started when i catched a hard thrown baseball, catch it with my glove but hurt the joint on my midlle finger and palm. For two weeks I dind'nt I didn't pay attention to it until I notice I'm having problem on my gripping. There is also a little swelling. I applied hot compress fromm time to time and tried resting it. there is know black spot or too muh swelling that will tell there's a fracture. Is recovery really takes time? Waht medicine do I need to take to ease the swelling. thanks.
