Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Legs

hello,

i am 25 yr old female. i observed swollen legs after 8 hours of flight travel. it did not return to normal even after three weeks. went i consulted doc she asked to take blood test to check for thyroid levels. when it came out normal she suggested urine test to check for traces for protein in urine which may cause swollen legs. my test results indicate traces of protein, blood present, leucocytes 3-5 hpf, rbc 4-6 hpf, epithelial cells 10-12 hpf and bacteria present. i do not feel any pain while urinating. i agree i drink less water coz i keep travelling all the time. is this normal. what does my results indicate?? i would like to add that i underwent d&C for missed miscarriage in november and my cycle returned to normal. kindly help
