Good Morning Doctor. The other day i was working in the garden and got some mud in my right eye. I can straight in a washed it out with cold clean water aand removed the few bits of mud i could see from the eye. It seemed fine for the rest of the day. that evening it started feeling a bit sore although not red or itchy. I treaated it with Brolene (propamidine isetionate 0.1%) and it started feeling a bit better but by the following afternoon it again felt quite gritty inside. Had a telephone chat with my doctor and he has given Chloramphenicol ointment 1%ww. Its the caruncle that is red and sore with little white dots on (right eye only) Ive been using the Chloramphenicol for nearly a day but nothing changed.
Well I read your history. It seems that mud is not cleared completely from your eyes. And mostly that's responsible for all these series of events... So suggest you to consult your Ophthalmologist for detailed Exanimation & treatment...
