Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankles When On Arcoxia And Trepiline

Arcoxia 90mg and Trepiline 10mg have been prescribed for me for lower back pain and using it for 2 - 3 weeks. I am taking the Trepiline in the evening and Arcoxia in the morning, one tablet each. My ankles started swollen and I am concerned about it, because it never happened before. Which of the 2 prescriptions can cause the problem?
