Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it equal to any other injury of the finger, there will be crush of tissues, infection, swelling and pain. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac .
