Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it equal to any other injury of the finger, there will be crush of tissues, infection, swelling and pain.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac .
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.

Hi dear. Thanks for posting us on HCM.
I were to suggest to take a TT injection if you have not taken within the past 3 years.Apply antibiotic cream (Neosporin ointment) twice daily.I were to advise to take Tab.Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily after food for 2 days (available over the counter). It shall gradually subside by itself. Donot panic.Get well soon.
