Suggest Treatment For Swollen Glands Under The Armpits

I have had swollen glands under my armpits starting with the left, then a couple of days later the right. There were also bruises on my biceps (both), but worse on the left. in the past 24 hours, the number of swollen glands increased and there is now redness under my left armpit. I had a trip to the ER for a Kidney stone a little over a month ago in Waco and they did blood and urine tests and the only thing they found was slightly elevated choloesterol. What do you think my symptoms indicate?
