Suggest Treatment For Swollen Greenish Purple Lump In Leg

i was playing football and then i got hit by another persons leg it hurt me at first but i was wearing pants so i didnt notice that it was swollen after two hours i reached home and realised it is swollen and it was obvious not a very severe one tho and its greenish purple i applied cold ice for 2 hours its still swollen but less than before is it severe and how i cam cure it

I suggest rest, gradual mobilization, ice, compression and elevation. That should do the trick.
