Suggest Treatment For Swollen Legs, Painful And Tender Hands, Wrists And Fingers

I ve been suffering from swollen legs feet and red rash all over that changes colour to purple,my joints are always tender and my hands wrists and fingers are always very painfull, and recently I have starting having trouble breathing and skin peeling of my toes feet and fingers,just last night I noticed a red blood like blister on the back of my foot and someone that looked like a small black piece of soot fell out I ve been to my local drs on a regular basis but they don t seem to do anything or seem interested
