Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
Lymph nodes are suggestive for infection diseases (toxoplasmosis, brucelosis, TB ect) or malignancy such as lymphoma.
Some further exams are needed, except of a detailed clinical examination:

-CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
-Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
-HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your last 3 months' glucose average).
-Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
-Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
-TSH (checks your thyroid)
-Proteine C reactive
-Fibrinogen
-LDH

Will be a pleasure to help you further after the above exams.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
