Suggest Treatment For Swollen Parotid Gland

I think I must have swelling in my parotid gland (could be wrong, I just googled it to explain where the swelling was). I woke up from a nap and it was like that. Doesn't hurt or anything. I would rather not go to a doctor. Can I just wait and see if it fixes itself?
