Suggest Treatment For Swollen Red Area After An Insect Bite

I was bitten by something a month ago. still have2 inch swollen red area. Took antibiotics didnt help. Dr. said was evideance of E-coli in wound. I have blacked out twice since I have been bitten, whiI have never done before ever. Could this be connected in any way?

Hi,

You need to take anti allergic medication, the insect bite looks the point of allergic reaction with post bite infection.

As you had taken many antibiotics the localised swelling may be antibioma.

You need to visit a skin specialist to get a proper evaluation and treatment plan.
