Suggest Treatment For Swollen, Stiff, Weak And Painful Right Leg

2 nights in a row, my daughter has had a fever in the late evening up to 104, which went down about an hour later, with ibuprofen. But when it goes down, she is confused, uncooperative, talking nonsense. This is after a week of what seems like the flu - coughing, mild fevers, vomiting, tired. I m just trying to figure out if this is something to call a doctor about in the morning, or does this sound like something serious enough to get help tonight?

Fever with confusion and restlessness needs emergency consultation in order to ruled out serious illness like meningitis and encephalitis if the problem persists for an hour after cold sponging and antipyretics like ibruphen. If it goes away with abatement of fever then you can consult tomorrow as high grade fever causes restlessness by itself.
