Suggest Treatment For Swollen, Stiff, Weak And Painful Right Leg

I have red itchy spots on my legs and thighs. Its been about 2 years since the first one appeared, but now they occur more frequently. They itch very much and turn into black/brown spots after a few weeks. I used an antihistamine tablets and Diprogenta cream, but without success.

For swollen and painful right leg take pain killer with muscle relaxant like dan-mr or osteonac-th. Do hot water fomentation over the affected leg. Take avil or cetrizine for itching with some multivitamins like supradyn or neurobion.
