Hi,

I don't why you want to take it? Poison is always a poison even is it in low dose or high dose it is not recommended to take.

It may lead to addiction, memory problems, paranoia, difficulty sleeping, teeth grinding, blurred vision, sweating, and a rapid heartbeat. Deaths have been reported due to increased body temperature and dehydration.

It is not accepted as a drug for medical illness so no dosage advice. I think I answered your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
