Suggest Treatment For The Bruise On Penis

Received bump to head causing laceration to forehead above rt eyebrow no sutures required . I am now sensing numbness to scalp above wound, . no over-redness at wound to detect, no oozing of pus , seems to be healing well. It's been 36 hours since injury occurred. What is causing this numbness?
