Suggest Treatment For The Burning Sensation Caused By The Acid Reflux

I have acid reflux real bad and sometimes awakes with this burning sensation in my throat is there anything that I can do for it or take I had an esoghectomy in 09 please help I don t have money to pay this site if it is a charge thank you for but no thanks

I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

I recommend the following.

1) Avoid taking coffee or tea in empty stomach.
2) Avoid spicy and junk foods.
3) Keep regular diet habits.
5) Avoid smoking and alcohol.
6) Take your dinner at least 3 hours before bedtime. Never lie down as soon as you take meals.
7) Proton pump inhibitors like tablet rabeprazole.

You will be fine.
