General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to overuse of the joint. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application. I recommend to rest and avoid activities that can trigger the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
