diffusely hyperechoic and thick endometrium of thickness 17mm diffusely with internal cystic area and moderate vascularity of low resistive pattern plus an intramural and several subserous fibroids in the uterus, is there anything to be concerned about?

Hi there... are your periods regular? if no, the endometrial biopsy if possible should be done, to learn the reason for the thickness. Thereafter you may consult your gynaecologist, who will tell you if a d& c procedure will help you in any way.
