Suggest Treatment For Thighs Pain And Degenerative Osteoarthritis
I have received Reclast once a year for the last 4 years. I have had no reactions or side effects in the past. For the last 2 weeks, I am experiencing a bone pain in the center of my front left thigh. It hurts to go up the stairs. I am 60 years old, excercise with walking and pilates, have osteoporosis, degenerative osteoarthritus in my cervical and lumbar spine.

Suggest Treatment For Thighs Pain And Degenerative Osteoarthritis
Hello, As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated to rule out possible causes like sciatica or neuropathy. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
