Suggest Treatment For Throat Ache, Cough And Bloating

Hello , I ve been experiencing throat ache, since 8+ days. With blisters. Neck pian at the back of the beck. Throat pain is as if something is stuck on the throat and chocking feeling. With headache at the back of the head. I d some cough and heartburn with bloating and rapid hear rate also on and off pain in right stomach Am not able to talk as it really hurts.please help

I can understand your concern

throat pain with cough is usually upper respiratory infection like pharyngitis
here you may have viral as well as bacterial infection .

I would like to ask you is there any sputum from throat
it would be cause for choking feeling, as well as gastritis also cause tightness of chest

plz take erythromycin 5oomg for 3 days along with analgesic like aceclo plus tab, 2 times daily

if not subside go for investigations like CBP,ESR.CHEST X RAY ,upper gi endoscopy if need

plz consult you family doctor with reports or HCM

use lozenges like strepsils and vicks for temperory relief
stomach pain will subside by taking ta, pan 40 bbf .

don't worry it will subside .ok
