Suggest Treatment For Throat Infection And Cough

I had a throat infection during February end and I took an antibiotic course. Infection went off but I started having a feeling as if something is obstructing my throat while swallowing or eating anything. I went to see an ENT specialist and he advised that I am having a reflux problem and gave me PIPs. After eating medicine for almost 15 days; the feeling of obstruction in throat is reduced to some extent though not completely but I now feel uneasy immediately after consuming food and I feel as if something is rolling in my chest. I get relief when I cough. Please advise. I am 45 years old, weigh 70 kgs. I am vegetarian and do not smoke or drink.

Hi
feels like you are having some gastric problem aswell

you can try out some antacids and do diet management
avoid coffee
eat curd rice regularly
exercise/walking
drink plenty of water/fruit juices
get back after 2 weeks

also avoid Tea, butter milk, tendercoconut
wish you good health
