Suggest Treatment For Throat Infection While On Augmentin

Hi Mostly I have suffering from throat infection and pain also have temperature . Every day I using high antibiotics tablets like Augmentin for cure. But this is for temporary I cannot eat yoghurt ,lemon, banana some doctor told me that you are suffering from allergy. Can I use this injection for treatment .

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Throat infection mainly due to viral infection and bacterial infection
Throat swab test will help in the diagnosis.
Consult the general physician and get proper treatment.
You have to use antibiotic regularly for better result.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet augmentin: 2 times per day for 7 days
Tablet Tusq two times a day for 5 days
Take strepsils Lozenges
Do gargle with 2% betadine solution
Drink plenty of lukewarm water
if you have allergic symptoms to particular food then avoid those food
Take steam inhalation
