I am 41 years old, 5 feet tall and 110 pounds. I have been experiencing pain in my teeth throat ears and cheeks. A week and a half ago i had some oral surgery to remove part of a root of a front tooth because of an abcess that would not get better. I am otherwise healthy but this dull ache in my face and throat is exhausting. I should mention that i take very good care of my teeth. It became abcessed due to a childhood injury.
in my opinion this pain should be of an post operative sequelae. but some time pain around tooth may indicate Ludwig's angina I.e. abscess forming in neck spaces.if this pain associated with swelling in throat of externally on neck with fever. you must visit an ENT specialist nearby. otherwise you can take painkillers and antihistaminic for it. it Will gradually subside.
