Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain

I am 41 years old, 5 feet tall and 110 pounds. I have been experiencing pain in my teeth throat ears and cheeks. A week and a half ago i had some oral surgery to remove part of a root of a front tooth because of an abcess that would not get better. I am otherwise healthy but this dull ache in my face and throat is exhausting. I should mention that i take very good care of my teeth. It became abcessed due to a childhood injury.
