Suggest Treatment For Thyroid Problems

sir good eve , my wait is constantly increasing i am 35 year old & its 75 now only my whole belly portion is effected all wait increases in this area , i am feeling very heavy & D shaped . the shape of my body is quite absurd , i am a sedentry worker for more then 10 hours , i think may me its a thyroid problem ,please suggest what to do further,my mail id is: YYYY@YYYY & mobile number is +91-0000

Hello,
I have gone carefully through your concern.
Yes, hypothyroidism can cause weight gain.
To confirm/ rule it out you need to check;
- TSH, Ft4 level.
If they result to be within the normal ranges than the sedentary life should be the cause.
Try to do some physical activity and perhaps a dietitian may be helpful to guide you to a diet.
