I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms need to be tested for cardiac disease and right test and immediate test would be EKG if this turns unremarkable then this is nothing to worry and reason would be nonspecific and if this goes on happening on and often then it can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone" once in day, hope this information help, take care and have a nice day.
