Suggest Treatment For Tonic–clonic Seizures

My son was admitted to the emergency department for the 3rd time due to clonic/tonic seizures. A CAT scan showed calcification on the brain, and he was then told he need a chest x ray. This showed increased shadowing near the right heart border and calcification in the left hilum. With no further tests, he was diagnosed epileptic and sent home with AEDs, but no mention of the chest x ray. Are the 2 connected and what are possible causes of the calcification? Please help.
