Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain lightheaded feeling and warmth does not seems to be related to tooth infection , however it seems to be due to side effect of smoking and you need to completely stop smoking..
In case if you have difficulty to stop this addiction, you should take Nicotine Replacement Therapy in the form of nicotine chewing gums and skin patches under supervision of Addiction medicine specialist..

As far as tooth infection is concerned, consult a Dentist and get av x ray of tooth done and in case if tooth can be saved, Root Canal treatment should be done followed by antibiotics and painkillers but in case if tooth cannot be saved, extraction is advisable..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
