I have gone through your query, as you have mentioned that you are pregnant dont worry you can take analgesic One Tablet Paracetamol twice daily by consulting your gyaenacologist.
As you are in first trimester so treatment is not possible this time you can take medicine and go for treatment after delivery .
Do warm saline gargle two - three times a day .
