I have just been diagnosed with true hyperthyroidism and have suffered with atrial fibrillation for the past couple of years. I find it hard to exercise but I am wondering if there is any exercise that I should be doing...or not doing...to protect my heart. I am presently awaiting an appt. with an endocrinologist. Thank-you.
