Suggest Treatment For Unilateral Facial Pain

Hello, my mom has been having pains on the left side of her face. She had a MRI that revealed that she had a optical nerve in the blood vessels. I am assuming that it is in her brain. What options do you think the doctor will recommend or treatment would be appropriate for her? Danny Lee
