Suggest Treatment For Unresolved UTI

I am suffering from Urinary Tect Infection since last six months. My TLC count are fluctuating between 12000 to 18000. In January, I have been operated for Urethra Stricture operation. Though, RGU report was normal and it indicates there is no obstacle in urethra.Doctor suggest for operation of Urethra neck and accordingly he has performed. I have no burning or fever complain. But Urine culture report indicate E.Coli bactaria present in Urine. Many antibiotics has been taken as per doctor's advise including Invanze Injection. But, still, i am suffering from UTI and my Urine culture report indicates presence of E.Coli bacteria in my Urine. My Diabitic is normal , though i am taking diabitic table once in a day. Kindly suggest any suitable cure to come out from UTI. Since, i have a fear that my urinal infection will damage my Kidney in long time. regards,

preferably boiled water , coconut water , lemon juice , green tea,
coffee , butter milk .

- Organic citrus fruits , vitamin c supplements .
- Avoid exposure to excess heat .
- Avoid stress , anxiety .

- Adequate sound sleep of 7 - 8 hrs .
- Remain ambulatory with walking , exercises , YOGA
- Avoid sexual intercourse at present .
- Keep genitals clean with antiseptic liquids & dry .
- Wear loose , clean , cotton under garments .
- Keep blood sugar under control .
- No smoking , alcohol if using .
