Hello I have upper left abdominal pain ( stabbing pain with constant pain as well). It has been going on for a day and a half now. I went to the hospital this morning and had an elevated d dimer test result. They did not tell me what my number was just that it was a bit elevated. I had a ct scan and a chest x ray with nothing showing. They sent me home with pain meds and told me it was my ribs. I am still in alot of pain and not sure where to go from here. I am 25 years old with 2 children natural births.
